The property is located close to many top-notch destinations. Take a short stroll outside, and you’ll find great beaches, coastal walks, and other tourist attractions just nearby.

Beaches you have convenient access to include Crantock and Fistral beaches. Fistral Beach is famous among surfers, and Crantock is an excellent beach for the entire family. No matter which beach you go to, you can definitely have a lot of fun.

There’s more to discover in town or farther, and you can always bring your car along to all the places you want to visit. Parking is available at Crantock.

Facilities and Features
This modern apartment features an open-plan living and dining area furnished with BoConcept furniture, including a 5-seater leather sofa, an ‘Egg’ swivel armchair, and coffee tables. For entertainment, there’s a DVD player and a 40-inch LCD television.

Equally modern, the kitchen is designed to a high standard and fitted with integrated appliances. Here you can use the fridge/freezer, electric oven and grill with ceramic fan, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Other useful items are a kettle, toaster, and full set of utensils and crockery.

The bedrooms have bedside tables and lamps. One room has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other has twin beds, a DVD player, and an LCD TV. The room with the TV has zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as a king-size bed, and the en-suite bathroom in the other bedroom has a shower, tub, wash basin, and water closet. Everything in the en-suite bathroom can also be found in the main bath.
