This self-catering apartment in Newquay is magnificently located close to the finest attractions in town. Beaches, coastal walks, and many recreational facilities are perfectly within reach.
Your first stop may be the nearby Newquay Town Centre or somewhere farther. Either way, you can visit as many tourist destinations as you want to visit. Some places you simply have to see include the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. For food lovers, there’s Rick Stein’s seafood restaurants in Padstow, and the Jamie Oliver-inspired Fifteen restaurant at Watergate Bay.

Facilities and Features
This contemporary apartment features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area has a coffee table, a couple of brown leather sofas (1 being a sofa bed), a DVD player, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. A few steps away from the living area is the dining space with a table for 4.
The kitchen on the other side of the room has integrated appliances, which include an electric oven and hob with extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer-dryer. You’ll also find a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster.
All the bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps, and large double wardrobes. Bedrooms contain either a double leather bed or twin beds, and the room with a double bed also has an en-suite bathroom. Like the main bath, the en-suite bathroom has a shower, wash basin, WC, and towel rail. The tub is in the main bath.
