Just minutes away from Tolcarne Beach, the location is perfect for beach bums who want to enjoy golden sand and clear waters whenever they wish. Choices of activities include surfing, boogie boarding, bass fishing, and more. If you don’t own the necessary equipment to engage in any of the activities, you can just rent everything you need from the beach. And if you have your own equipment, you can put everything in your own private locker in the Rocklands building.

Facilities and Features
15 Rocklands is one of the more modern holiday apartments in Newquay. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is accented by bright marmol floors with underfloor heating, and the whole place is neatly furnished. There’s a comfy double sofa-bed (1.140 m wide x 1.770 m long) in the living room, and a contemporary glass dining table in the dining area.

Appliances and electronics are clean and compact. In the living room you’ll find a DVD player and an LCD TV with integrated Freeview. In the kitchen you’ll find a cooker, fridge, ceramic hob, glass chimney hood, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment: a double room and a twin room. There’s an en-suite bath in the double room, but there’s also the main bathroom, which has a wash basin, water closet, and a stand-alone shower with oxygenated water (great for cleaning yourself up after a
long day at the nearby beach).
